List and inspect files

Authenticated listing returns non-expired, non-deleted files with pagination. Anonymous clients can retrieve saved metadata by submitting file ID and delete-key pairs.

Update, trash, and restore

Publishing or privatizing only changes database access control; the stable file URL and R2 object stay unchanged. Every new request checks the current visibility. Bytes that were already downloaded and response streams that are already open cannot be revoked. “Make all private” includes every owned row, including trash and expired files, but does not change the future upload default.
