Create and list folders

Folder upload accepts folderName, folderDescription, folderPassword, expiryDays, maxDownloads, urlType, visibility, and repeated file fields. Use existingFolderId to add files to an existing folder you own. Include X-API-Key or a bearer session token when authenticated. Guests and folder-password holders only see public children; the owner sees every file. A folder password never unlocks a private child.
